Infographics for 3 target groups of NetGuardians.

Background: We created 3 infographics for NetGuardians, a company which takes a unique approach to fraud and risk assurance solutions for banks by leveraging Big Data to correlate and analyse behaviours across the entire bank system – not just at the transaction level.
This broader vision is the secret to their creative edge, but it's a complex and difficult concept to understand. At Visuality, we love that kind of challenge!

We are a finance technology company specialized in fraud risk prevention. Therefore, the nature of our product may sometimes be complicated to explain to others. Case: The 3 infographics each tell the same story but are dedicated to different target groups.
The first one is dedicated to CEO's; it is well structured and can be read in about 4 minutes. It focuses on the most important and relevant information that a CEO would be interested in. We used big, bold visuals that are easy to remember and get straight to the point.

The second infographic is dedicated to business audiences and uses the metaphor, "Your painless Risk Mitigation Journey" which encourages the reader to dive into the complex content. By scrolling down she/he gets inspired by all the steps they meet along on their way.

The third infographic is dedicated to bank IT departments and clearly distinguishes the challenges and opportunities of cyber fraud mitigation. IT people are well aware of the problems they face everyday at their job, and at the same time, they are constantly looking for the best and the safest solutions. 

Process: Each infographic starts with visually structured information flows. For NetGuardians, we used post-its on a flip-chart to define precisely which pieces of information best fit each target group.

As soon as the information was structured and content well-defined, we sketched an initial concept of the infographic. After receiving feedback from the client and making updates until the the information was correct and clear, we then proceeded with content digitalisation.
